Brigham Young Drive

Tasked with extending the 6,640 sf residence's southern and eastern rooflines by demolishing the existing non-structural shade cover and the existing sloped attic space. The new patio will be utilizing the existing columns to hold up the roof addition in efforts to create a remodeled patio for the residences family to enjoy during peak sun hours. The new attic loft space will extend the previous' in efforts to create a space for younger children to occupy.
