Influenced by early exposures to the practical side of architecture through internships which led to freelance work afterwards. Fascinated by the way in which the golden ratio lies within all that exists and its large arc which resembles the steep learning curve of my experiences thus far in getting critiqued, denied permits, and how perseverance is at the core of the ratio. At the core there is are two historical events, the Zoot Suit Riots of 1943 and the Interstate Freeway Act. Both of which, my grandparents were subjected to and has pushed me to continue on embarking on this daunting path of the design process.
