Lupine Place

Tasked with site measuring and submitting a set of construction documents to the city of La Verne along with conceptualizing the proposed plans. This will extend the 1,573 square foot residence's living rooms by demolishing the North walls to extend their dining space and add an additional bedroom. Additionally, the remodel will consist of a new bar area for frequent large family gatherings.
