Tasked with conceptualizing proposed plans that extends the 3,356 square foot residence's master and guest bedroom which resultantly requires remodeling. Additionally, there will be a new 320 square foot office space on the lot with a restroom. All of which will allow the family to have a walk in closet, separate office space, and a larger guest bedroom.
